 Order Processing and Shipping   Timeframes

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped on the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

 Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:

•Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30.

•Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options, which typically take 2-3 business days. Shipping costs for expedited shipping are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

 Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges that result from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.

 Returns and Refunds Policy

We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product.

 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at atoproductservice@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your return. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at atoproductservice@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
