At A.T.O. Health, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
•Unused and in the same condition that you received it
•In the original packaging
•Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at atoproductservice@gmail.com with the following information:
•Your order number
•The reason for your return
•Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your return. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at atoproductservice@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including return shipping costs.
We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
